VICTIM WAS FOUND UNDER A SECTION OF FALLEN DRAW ROCK IN THE NO. 6 ENTRY ON THE OFF-SIDE OF THE CONTIONUS MINER ABOUT 2 FEET OUT FROM UNER SUPORRTED TOP. INTERVEIWS WERE HELD WITH PERSONS WHO FOUND AND RECOVERED THE VICTIM, BUT IT COULD NOT BE DETERMINED THE REASON FOR TRAVELING BEYOND THE LAST ROW OF BOLTS.
