EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF DOUBLING UP A SET OF DRIFT TIMBER, AT THE FACE AREA, WHEN THE EXISTING TIMBER SET CAP BROKE. THIS LET LOOSE MATERIAL (MUD,DIRT & ROCK) COME INTO THE DRIFT AND CO VER THE EMPLOYEE.
