EMPLOYEE WAS IN PROCESS OF DOUBLING UP A SET OF DRIFT TIMBER, AT THE FACE AREA, WHEN THE EXISTING TIMBER SET CAP BROKE. THIS LET LOOSE MATERIAL (MUD, DIRT AND ROCKS) COME INTO THE DRIFT AND C OVER THE EMPLOYEE.
