EMPL WAS LOADING TRUCK WITH CAOL BY HAND. HE WAS DAVISED OF IMMINENT DANGER & ESCORTED FROM PIT BY FIRER OF SHOT. HE PROCEEDED OUT OF PIT & ROCEEDED TWOARDS FIRER. FIRER MOTIONED FRO HIM T AKE TRUCK AWAY FROM DANGER. EMPL TURNED BACK TO CHECK EQUIPMENT ASSUMING DRIVER HAD LEFT JOB FROM THAT POINT ON NORMAL CONDITIONS WERE FOLLOWED. SHOT WAS DETONATED ABOUT 9:22 AM. DRIVER HAD
