THE VICTIM WAS HELPING CO-WORKERS REPLACE A WHEEL UNIT ON THE (COMPANY NO. B-406) JOY SHUTTLE CAR. ANOTHER SHUTTLE CAR (CO. NO. B-413) WAS IN OPERATION ON THE REGULAR PRODUCTION RUN AND THE OP ERATOR OF THE CAR IN USE, MADE A WRONG TURN AND STRUCK THE VICTIM CATCHING THE VICTIM BETWEEN BOTH SHUTTLE CARS.
