EMPL WAS IN PROCESS OF PLUGGING 4160 CAT HEAD INTO BACK OF SECTION POWER CENTER. HE WAS WIPING LUGS OFF WITH HAND TO REMOVE MUD. EMPL WAS NOT AWARE THAT CABLE WAS ENERGIZED THEREFORE HE INSTAN TLY BECAME ELECTROCUTED.
