HE UNLOCKED THE GATE AT THE MINE ENTRANCE. HE RAN BACK TO HIS TRUCK BECAUSE IT CAUGHT FIRE. HE WAS PUSHING HIS TRUCK TO GET IT OUT OF THE WAY. THE GATE CAUGHT THE DOOR OF HIS TRUCK SO HE COULD NOT GET OUT OF HIS TRUCK. HE DIED OF SMOKE INHALATION.
