THE FLOOR OF THE PIT HAD BEEN BLASTED UNDER CUTTING AN OVERHANGING HIGHWALL AFTER THE BLASTED MATERIAL HAD BEEN REMOVED THE VICTIM STEPPED INTO THE EXCAVATION THE OVERHANGING HIGHWALL FELL CR USHING THE VICTIM
