I NAME WAS TRAPPED IN CHEVROLET C-10 PICK-UP TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING AS THE RESULT OF BEING BACKED OVER BY A CATERPILLAR 775 HAUL TRUCK HE PULLED DIRECTLY BEHIND THE TRUCK BEYOND SIGHT OF WHERE H E COULD BE SEEN FROM THE CAB OF THE CAT TRUCK WHEN THE CAT OF THE CAT TRUCK PROCEEDED BACKWARDS IT CRUSHED THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK TRAPPING THE DRIVER
