ON FEB 17,1989 A D-10 CRAWLER TRACTOR WENT OFF THE EDGE OF A DUMP THRU ICE INTO APPROX. 25' OF WATER. ALL EFFORTS TO LOCATE THE OPERATOR HAVE TO DATE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL.
