A HOOK BROKE UNDER LOAD WHICH CAUSED THE WORK PLATFORM TO FALL 84 FT TO THE GROUND FLOOR INSIDE THE NORTH SILO. EMP ON PLASTFORM WAS FATALLY INJURED.
