VICTIM WAS WELDER HELER WELDER WAS CUTTING LOOSE TEAM WELDED TO A CONVEYOR. WHILE CUTTING BEAM LOOSE A TOP WELD BROKE AND BEAM FELL OVER AND STRUCK THE HELPER IN THE HEAD. CAUSING MAJOR HEAD I NJURIES.
