WHILE TROUBLE SHOOTING ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT ON CONTINUOUS MINING MACHINE EMPL'S FOREARM CONTACTED ENERGIZED 950 VOLT A.C. CIRCUIT. SUBJECT ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT WITH WHICH PERSONAL CONTACT WAS MADE WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE ENERGIZED HOWEVER ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR WAS STUCK IN MACHINES'S CONTROL PANEL. EMPL COULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THIS CONDITION EXISTED.
