THERE WERE NO WITNESS ES & IT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED:[A] THE EXACT MACHINE INVOLVED, [B] WHETHER OR NOT THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OR IF HE HAD COLLASPED DUE TO A PHYSICAL PROBLEM JUST PRIOR TO BEING STRUCK.

SUBJECT ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT WITH WHICH PERSONAL CONTACT WAS MADE WOULD NOT NORMALLY BE ENERGIZED HOWEVER ELECTRICAL CONTACTOR WAS STUCK IN MACHINES'S CONTROL PANEL. EMPL COULD NOT HAVE KNOWN THIS CONDITION EXISTED.
