Investigator narrative
A CUSTOMER DROVE HIS TRUCK IN FOR A LOAD OF MATERIAL. HE WENT TO THE SPRAY AREA TO CLEAN THE BED OF HIS TRUCK. HE DROVE 100 TO 150 FEET FROM THE AREA AND RAISED THE TRUCK BED INTO A 7,200 VOLT POWER LINE. A MINE EMPLOYEE FOUND THE VICTIM LYING NEXT TO HIS TRUCK AND THE TRUCK WAS ON FIRE. THE VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL.
