THE SECTION MANTRIP WAS TRAVELING TOWARD THE OUTSIDE OF THE MINE APPROX 2000FT OUTBY THE WORKING SECTION A LARGE PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL FROM BETWEEN THE ROOF BOLTS STRIKING 3 EMPLOYEES AND SU BSEQUENTLY RENDERING FATAL INJURIES TO ONE OF THE MEN.
