INJURED PERSON WAS OPERATING A ROBBINS DRILL DRILLING ROCK BELOW THE #11 COAL SEAM.THIS DRILLING WAS BEING DONE IN THE PAGE DRAGLINE S/N 377 PIT.S MASSIVE HIGHWALL SLIDE SOME 75 TO 80 FT DOWN THE PIT AREA IN WHICH EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING MOVED OUT AND DOWN THE PIT COVERING HIM AND THE DRILL RIH HE WAS OPERATING.
