DRY, CLEAR, SUNNY DAY. VICTIM WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE AN ADAPTOR FROM THE ROTATING DRILL ON THE COAL AUGER DRILL. THE ADAPTOR HAD BROKEN OFF WHERE IT SCREWED INTO THE AUTER DRILL STEM. AN 18" COMBINATION WRENCH WAS BEING USED, BY PLACING THE OPEN END ON TH EADAPTOR AND ROTATING THE HYDRAULIC MTOOR IN A REVERSE (COUNTER CLOCKWISE) DIRECTION. THE DRILL MAST/GUIDE ASSEMBLY WAS U
