EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING TO REPAIR A 170 TON EUCLID HAUL TRUCK WHICH WAS DISABLED ON A RAMP. WHILE HE WAS IN A PICKUP PARKED BEHIND THE EUCLID, THE EUCLID BRAKE SYSTEM RELEASED, ALLOWING IT TO RO LL BACKWARDS OVER THE PICKUP, RESULTING I A FATAL INJURY AND TOTAL DESTRUCTION OF PICKUP. THE EUCLID WAS UNMANNED AT THE TIME.
