INJURED WAS HAULING #14 COAL FROM THE 1450 PIT TO THE VOLUNTEER TIPPLE. AFTER BEIGN LOADED INT HE PIT, HE BEGAN EXITING THE PIT AND THE DRIVELINE ON HIS TRUCK BROKE APPROXIMATELY 100' FROM WH ERE HE HAD BEEN LOADED. THE TRUCK BEGAN ROLLING BACKWARDS AND HE APPARENTLY LOST CONTROL AND TRIED TO JUMP FROM THE TRUCKAS IT WAS MOVING. HE APPARENTLY FELL OR WAS KNOCKED INTO THE PATH OFH
