THE EMPLOYEE WAS STRUCK BY LOADING OR HAULAGE MINING EQUIPMENT AS HE WAS CROSSING THE MINE ROAD. A CO-WORKER DISCOVERED THE BODY IN THE ROADWAY NEAR HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO WITNESS ES & IT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED:[A] THE EXACT MACHINE INVOLVED, [B] WHETHER OR NOT THE EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING OR IF HE HAD COLLASPED DUE TO A PHYSICAL PROBLEM JUST PRIOR TO BEING STRUCK.
