EMPLOYEE WAS EVIDENTLY INSPECTING HIS SHUTTLE CAR CABLE WHICH HAD LOST POWER. HE WAS STANDING AT THE SHUTTLE CAR REEL BETWEEN THE CAR AND CURTAIN APPROXIMATELY 5' AWAY. A SCOOP BACKED THROUGH THE CURTAIN AND HIT THE CAR AND EMPLOYEE, PINNING HIM BETWEEN THE SCOOP AND CAR.
