EMPLOYEE WHILE REPAIRING A CONTINUOUS MINING MACHINE WAS POSITIONED IN THE BOOM OF SAID MACHINE,THE CONVEYOR CHAIN CAME ON DRAGGING HIM INTO THE TOP OR CONVEYOR FLIGHT RESULTING IN A SKULL FRA CTURE.
