EMLOYEE WAS CLASSIFIED AS A GENERAL INSIDE LABORER, HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAKE THE TRACTOR TO UNITE #1 AND PICKKKUP A SLINGER DUSTER. HE WAS TO EMPTY TO DUSTER ON THE ROADWAY LEADING OUT OF UN IT #1. HE GOT THE UNIT REPAIRMAN TO HELP HIM HOOK TO THE DUSTER. HE STARTED OUT OF THE UNIT. APPROX 1 X-CUT OUTBY THE WORK BENCH A FEW MIN LATER HE WAS FOUND UNDER THE CAB END OF THE TRACTO
