VICTIM WAS OPERATING REMOTE CONTROLLED CONTINUOUS MINER IN THE #4 ENTRY. PILLAR #131 ON THE 9 LT. SECTION WHEN THE TOP STARTED WORKING IN THE ENTRY. HE WAS RUNNING FROM POSSIBLE ROOF FALL AND WAS RUN OVER BY SHUTTLE CAR WHICH HE WAS LOADING.
