EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING DEBRIS OFF OF A CONVEYOR, THE DEBRIS WAS HEAVIER THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT, THE EMPLOYEE GRABBED THE DEBRIS, LACERATING HIS HAND.
