EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING DEBRIS OFF OF A CONVEYOR, THE DEBRIS WAS HEAVIER THAN ORIGINALLY THOUGHT, THE EMPLOYEE GRABBED THE DEBRIS, LACERATING HIS HAND.
EE was welding on conveyor for 10-15 minutes, while another EE was welding on the opposite side of conveyor. Then injured EE put his tools away.
