FNF Construction Inc · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee reached over the catwalk railing and inside the side rails of the Jaw Crushing Plant Screen Box while the plant was in production, and crushed EE's left ring finger and middle finger in-between the rocks.
