Miner was shoveling around conveyor support brackets when the shovel struck wooden blocks used to support the conveyor support legs. Impact with the wooden blocks caused injury to the miner's right wrist.

WHEN LOADER STARTED TO BACK UP, THE TOOTH ON BUCKET HOOKED CONVEYOR FORCING IT OFF BLOCKS. EMPLOYEE WAS COMING OUT FROM UNDER SCREEN TRAILER- HER LEG GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN CONVEYOR AND SCREEN TRAILER.
