Miner was shoveling around conveyor support brackets when the shovel struck wooden blocks used to support the conveyor support legs. Impact with the wooden blocks caused injury to the miner's right wrist.

Miner lost footing while placing drill steel in holder, causing him to drop the steel, which bounced off ground and struck his left foot. Impact caused bruising to three toes on the foot. Safety boots not worn.

EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO SET UP ROCK CRUSHER. A 988B LOADER BUCKET WAS POSITIONED OVER A CONVEYOR THAT WAS ALREADY SET IN PLACE WITH TAIL SECTION ON BLOCKS. WHEN LOADER STARTED TO BACK UP, THE TOOTH ON BUCKET HOOKED CONVEYOR FORCING IT OFF BLOCKS. EMPLOYEE WAS COMING OUT FROM UNDER SCREEN TRAILER- HER LEG GOT CAUGHT BETWEEN CONVEYOR AND SCREEN TRAILER.
