Check heating issue in skidsteer, EE did not close the door to the skidsteer and when moving the cab the door swung and caught their left hand, causing injury to the ring and middle fingers. Both fingers required stitches.The finger tip on the middle finger does have a fracture also.

While disassembling portable sand plant for relocation. Employee's hand was pinched/crushed between pipe and angle iron on plant structure. Fracture of 5th metacarpal of right hand.

EMPLOYEE WAS SPLICING CONVEYOR BELT ON RADIAL STACKER. WHILE CUTTING BELTING WITH A KNIFE (BOXCUTTER) HIT A SOFT SPOT IN BELTING PULLING KNIFEOUT OF BELT AND PUNCTURING HIS RIGHT THIGH.
