Adding drill steel to drill deeper, hoisting steel to top of tower, load squeal from top of mast. He looked up to see if jammed or broken. Looked back and steel swung contacting operator on righr eye cutting eyelid and rupturing blood vessels behind eye causing pressure, impairing vision temporarily.
