The crew was standing beside the crew pickup having their safety talk when employee fainted. As he was going down he was stepping towards the truck and twisted his ankle and he hit his head on pickup on the way down. As he came to he said he was ok but felt a little dizzy. Co-worker asked him about going to doctor and drove him in.

SEE STTACHMENT: WHILE REPAIRING THE TRACK ON A D-7 A PIN 1" X 12" USED TO CONNECT THE TRACK WAS STRUCK WITH A 10# HAMMER. INJURED WAS OBSERVING THE PROCESS WHEN A PIECE OF METAL CAME OFF THE P IN & STRUCK HIM IN THE CHEST. HE WAS EXAMINED & TAKEN TO A MEDICAL DOCTOR. THE FRAGMENT WAS REMOVED. BOTH EES WERE WEARING EYE PROTECTION.
