While tramming the Roof Bolter, the employees left foot slipped down the Operator Compartment, becoming caught beneath the compartment.

While taking surface waterline apart the clamp came apart hitting employee in the right side of chest.

Employee/owner was installing water line. While installing water coupling with a hammer a piece of metal flew from hammer striking them in the hand.

Mantrip in which employee was riding struck an airlock door inby portal causing SCSR cache box to become dislodged and strike employee in the back.

Had a Roof Fall between Break 27L and 28L on No.1 Southeast Main, Return side on 002

Employee was loading structure on 001 section. Scoop pulled forward catching waterline, bowing waterline over which pushed structure over. Structure caught employee's leg causing injury to left knee.

Acting as miner helper, watching cable when section of rib fell off striking victim

Repairman has hand in access hole checking to see if linkage needed repair. While troubleshooting, he had operator steer car. When steered, lever caught arm and injured left wrist. Returned to work next day with minor scrape on left wrist.

Small piece of rock fell striking victim on right cheek causing a puncture wound.

While tramming shuttle car rib rolled off hitting his right arm.

Bolter operator was drilling a hole to put up bolt and a rock fell hitting him on the right arm.
