Fall onto or against objects
EE was doing maintenance on jaw crusher. He was standing on step ladder, with his feet about 2' off the ground, when the wrench slipped, causing him to lose his balance. An angle iron bracket that holds the control box (box was removed for access) went into his armpit, causing a cut. He never fell, but was able to remain standing until help arrived, about 30 seconds later.
