Employee was pulling cable and sprained left ring finger. Employee sought medical treatment on 9-23-22 and was given a finger splint. Employee was released back to work.

PLANT MOVE, EE WAS REMOVING BLOCKING & PLYWOOD FROM THE HOPPER AND GOT HIS FINGER PINCHED BY A CROSS MEMBER I BEAM. CUT TO FINGER - 7 STITCHES.

TEARING DOWN THE PRIMARY JAW ON CRUSHER AND THE SUPPORT PINS HAD TO BE REMOVED. HE WAS WALKING ON SNOWY CONVEYOR AND SLIPPED AND CAUGHT HIMSELF W/ARM AND PULLED SHOULDERS.
