WORKER HAD EXPERIENCED LOWER ABOMINAL PAIN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. HE PASSED IT OFF AS GROWTH PAINS HE IS 20. ON INCIDENT DATE, HE WAS ASSISTING IN ADDITION OF SLUICE PIPE. HE EXPERIENCED SEVERE AB DOMINAL PAIN. SUBSEQUENTLY DIAGNOSED AS SUFFERING AN INGUINAL HERNIA.
