55039AWLED INTO CRUSHING P[LANT TO CUT OUT A PIECE OF STEEL AFTER TASK WAS COMPLETED HIS CLOTHING WAS BUNCHED UP AND HE BECAME STUCK RESULTING IN A PULLED MUSCLE IN HIS CHEST CAVITY.
