The Employee was working with 2 other employees repairing some parts on the crusher. A steel access door was being held in the up position while the employee was working within the area when the door came down crushing/pinching the tip of their right index finger. This resulted in an open fracture of the tip of the Rt index finger and amputation of some of the soft tissue. "PAD"
