While performing maintenance on a feeder, employee lifted an object and dislocated their shoulder.
Hot metal came in contact with lower leg after cutting with a torch.
Plant mechanic was removing a pump from the track hoe. He had the 1/2" drive socket and ratchet on the bolt applying downward force when it suddenly broke loose and moved in a downward motion. His left arm brushed another component in the engine compartment and was lacerated just near his elbow. *Requiring four stitches.
