United Aggregates Inc · Accident type, without injuries

A cement truck driver operating within the area of a mining operation turned vehicle on its side while trying to get ahead of a rock truck using a common dirt service road. This was a single vehicle accident with no injuries and only the cement truck was damaged. The driver was evaluated by Mount Vernon Fire Dept (MVFD) Unit 493 and refused further treatment.
