UNITED AGGREGATES, INC.Metal/Nonmetal

A cement truck driver operating within the area of a mining operation turned vehicle on its side while trying to get ahead of a rock truck using a common dirt service road. This was a single vehicle accident with no injuries and only the cement truck was damaged. The driver was evaluated by Mount Vernon Fire Dept (MVFD) Unit 493 and refused further treatment.

EE was exiting from R-50 haul truck. When he slipped and fell 2 to 3 ft landing on pile of oversize rock hitting his lower back.
