EE HAD INSERTED A TRACK HOE BUCKET INSIDE THE CASE LOADER BUCKET WHICH WAS ON A DROP DECK TRAILER. HE RAISED THE LOADER BUCKET 3-4", CLIMBED OUT OF THE HOE, CLIMBED ONTO THE DROP DECK TRAILER & PLACED HIS RIGHT FOOT UNDER THE LOADER BUCKET. THE LOADER BUCKET FELL ON HIS FOOT.
