Another EE was swinging a sledgehammer at an impactor. When it hit the impactor a piece broke flew off hitting IE across the stomach causing a deep cut. The piece was inside the cut.

While working at crusher, slipped in mud, hit head causing seizures.

Digging/cleaning under screen. Hurt back.

UNLOADING ROLLERS FROM BACK OF PICK-UP WHEN EE STEP BACK TRIPPING/FALLING OF A BOX ON THE GROUND

Stepped in oil, slipped & came down on right knee.

Lifting cattle panels and strained lower back.

Cleaning dirt and rock out of back of a haul truck using a pick to clean the bed out. He hit the bed of the truck jarring his hands

Two employees were loading rail road ties in a truck, one pushed his end into the truck then pushed down making the tie fall on the other's finger. He smashed his finger between the railroad tie and the bed of the truck.

Employee was on top of the Crusher removing bearing caps when the cuff on his pant leg caught on something causing him to lose his balance and fell hitting his tail bone.

THE MEN WERE CHANGING THE BELTS ON THE MOTOR DRIVE FOR THE FEEDER. THEY HAD TO LIFT THE MOTOR UP WHEN THE MOTOR WAS LIFTED THE LIFTING EYE BROKE AND THE MOTOR FELL STRIKING EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HAND. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH ONE BROKEN BONE AND A BIG GASH ACROSS THE LEFT HAND.

Carrying piece of iron in, old boom arms of old loader, beginning to stand up piece of iron to cut metal out when cylinder pin slipped back in to place, his fingers were in hole and it caught them. Broke middle finger and crushed both ring and middle finger and stitches in middle finger.

Twisted ankle and fell off haul truck, landing on left foot.

EE PUT 2 DD BATTERIES IN THE DRESSER HAUL TRUCK & TOOK 2 DD BATTERIES OUT. THESE BATTERIES WEIGH 132 LBS EACH

EE WAS WALKING ACROSS THE YARD WHEN HE TWISTED HIS RIGHT ANKLE AND THEN HIS RIGHT KNEE TWISTED.

EE WAS DIGGING OUT THE CRUSHER. HE PICKED UP A BIG ROCK AND PULLED HIS LOWER BACK.

EE WAS BEING LOADED BY THE 988F PIT LOADER. THE PIT LOADER OPERATOR RAISED HIS BUCKET TO LOAD THE TRUCK, BUT HIS BUCKET WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH. THE BUCKET HIT THE SIDE OF EE'S HAUL TRUCK JARRING EE AROUND INSIDE OF HIS CAB.

SLIPPED GETTING OFF D9 DOZER, GRABBED TO HANG ON & BENT RING FINGER & PINKIE FINGER BACKWARDS, BREAKING BOTH FINGERS.

EE WAS PULLING DOWN AND REBUILDING FENCE. FOUND A TICK ON HIM, PULLED IT OFF, WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH TICK FEVER A WEEK LATER.

HE WAS CARRYING MATERIAL, STEP IN A HOLE TWISTING HIS LEFT ANKLE.

HE WAS SITTING ON HIS KNEES UNDER THE HAUL TRUCK. WHEN HE GOT FROM UNDER THE TRUCK AND TRIED TO STAND UP HIS RIGHT KNEE WOULD NOT STRAIGHTEN.

CUTTING BOTTOM OUT OF TANK TO LOAD-ON TRAILER. WHEN EE CUT THE LAST PART OF THE TANK. THE BOTTOM FELL AND PINNED HIS PINKIE AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE TANK, CRUSHING HIS PINKIE ON HIS LEFT HAND.
