Another EE was swinging a sledgehammer at an impactor. When it hit the impactor a piece broke flew off hitting IE across the stomach causing a deep cut. The piece was inside the cut.

Two employees were loading rail road ties in a truck, one pushed his end into the truck then pushed down making the tie fall on the other's finger. He smashed his finger between the railroad tie and the bed of the truck.

Employee was on top of the Crusher removing bearing caps when the cuff on his pant leg caught on something causing him to lose his balance and fell hitting his tail bone.

THE MEN WERE CHANGING THE BELTS ON THE MOTOR DRIVE FOR THE FEEDER. THEY HAD TO LIFT THE MOTOR UP WHEN THE MOTOR WAS LIFTED THE LIFTING EYE BROKE AND THE MOTOR FELL STRIKING EMPLOYEE'S LEFT HAND. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM WITH ONE BROKEN BONE AND A BIG GASH ACROSS THE LEFT HAND.

Carrying piece of iron in, old boom arms of old loader, beginning to stand up piece of iron to cut metal out when cylinder pin slipped back in to place, his fingers were in hole and it caught them. Broke middle finger and crushed both ring and middle finger and stitches in middle finger.

EE WAS BEING LOADED BY THE 988F PIT LOADER. THE PIT LOADER OPERATOR RAISED HIS BUCKET TO LOAD THE TRUCK, BUT HIS BUCKET WAS NOT HIGH ENOUGH. THE BUCKET HIT THE SIDE OF EE'S HAUL TRUCK JARRING EE AROUND INSIDE OF HIS CAB.

CUTTING BOTTOM OUT OF TANK TO LOAD-ON TRAILER. WHEN EE CUT THE LAST PART OF THE TANK. THE BOTTOM FELL AND PINNED HIS PINKIE AGAINST THE SIDE OF THE TANK, CRUSHING HIS PINKIE ON HIS LEFT HAND.
