While helping to set a water pump, the injured got his thumb caught in a chain as pressure was applied resulting in six stitches and the end of his thumb fractured.

While helping a mechanic and using a chisel and hammer, the injured hit the chisel and a piece flew off and got in his eye requiring a doctor to remove it.

While dismounting from a highwall drill, the injured's boot lace caught on the steps and he fell to the ground, causing back strain.

While cleaning up the ramp into the pit, a 992 Loader bumped the right rear of a 773 end dump truck parked close to a 2nd end dump facing opposite directions. The truck operators were conversing through open doors and the bumped truck bumped into the 2nd truck causing the open door to slam on the 2nd truck operator's upper arm and caused a strain/contusion to the arm.

EE told his wife on phone at 11:30 pm that he was tired & would call her back later. At about 12:00 am, the loader he was operating had a flat tire & he went to get another loader. At about 4:40 am, the ee was found inside the cab of the loader that had not been moved since it was parked earlier on the 26th. Death believed to be "Natural Causes". Autopsy was inconclusive.

Was replacing a hydralic hose on a D11 Dozer and stepped from the ripper onto the track. There was a globb of grease as he stepped. He slipped and fell off the dozer. At the time he said his back and hip didn't hurt as bad. It gradually got worse. He worked through December 4th and notified his supervisor on December 6th.
