EE sustained an injury while conducting repairs. The employees were repairing metal plates for in front of screens. The plate was a few inches off the ground when the employee approached it to grind holes that were just cut into it, the plate fell towards the employee striking EE on both forearms.

EE removed the bottom cone of the fisher plant and while the cone was rolling on the track, EE's caught EE's left, ring finger between the wheel and the angle iron.
