employee was swiping dirt off of trailer ramp with his right hand and a sliver of metal cut through his glove and little finger. Employee received stiches and was released to light duty. Employee will have stiches removed in 10 days.
Employee was tightening air line on Euclid b-30 haul unit when coupling broke and air blew dirt in left eye. Employee went to the doctor and was prescribed ointment for eye and returned to regular duty.
Greased U-joints in center of truck, hit top backing from under truck putting grease on back of shirt.
PUSHING PIPE RIGHT THUMB GOT SMASHED BETWEEN PIPE AND HAND RAIL.
CLEANING WINDOWS ON EQUIPMENT AND SLIPPED AND FELL OFF HAUL UNIT. RESULTING IN PAIN IN RIGHT SHOULDER.
REPAIRING PEA GRAVEL BELT WHEN UTILITY KNIFE CUT LEFT KNEE AREA. RETURNED TO WORK WITH NO CLIMBING, FOR ONE WEEK RESTRICTION.
