EE ASKED MECHANIC TO CHECK SOME LOOSE LUG NUTS ON B30 DURING LUNCH HOUR. EE WENT BACK TO B30 GOT IN DUMP BED WITH DOORS OPEN. WHILE STAND ON GROUND HE STARTED CLEANING THE BED. MEANWHILE TH E SRVICE MANAGER GOT IN THE B30 AND PROCEEDED TODRIVE INTO SHOP WITH EE IN DUMP BED AREA KNOCKING HIM DOWN WHEN TURNING INTO SHOP
