Employee was performing maintenance on belt when employee slipped due to moisture on footwear.
EE was trying to stop the belt & another ee ran and turned belt off by releasing a lever & turning key off. Another ee gave ee a knife to cut the belt to remove ee right arm that was in tangled in tail pulley. Notified superintendent by mobile phone who called 911. EE assisted ee to pickup wrapping arm in coat. Met EMS on county road I in Donley County.
