CLEANING SAND FROM UNDER FEEDER BELT ON POWER SCREEN. EMPLOYEE WAS BLOWING LAST BIT OF SAND FROM BENEATH BELT. OPERATOR NOTIFIED EVERYONE THAT HE WOULD RESTART POWER SCREEN. INJURED EMPLOYEE F AILED TO SHUT GAURD PANEL AND CONTINUED BLOWING SAND FROM BENEATH BELT. WHEN BELT STARTED, INJURED EMPLOYEE GOT AIR HOSE CAUGHT UNDER BELT AND DRUG HIS ARM OVER ROLLER.
