EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON REPAIRING BEARING IN ROLL CRUSHER. WHILE WALKING ON RUNNING GEAR FRAME A GUST OF WIND HIT HIM CAUSING HIM TO STEP BACKWARDS. HE STEPPED OFF BACK OF FRAME AND FELL APPRO X. 4' TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE BROKE HIS ELFT ARM.
