EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING UNDER #7 CONVEYOR AND WAS STRUCK BY A 4" DIMATER ROCK ON THE HEAD, EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING HARD HAT. THE HARD HAT WA STRUCK CAUSING A LACERATION TO THE RIGHT SIDE ABOVE EAR.
